Transformation: Delivered complex global transformations across multiple countries and business entities, resulting in cost transformation, operating model change and headcount reduction, value creation and working capital improvements. Changes to one operating model resulted in a 35% reduction in headcount, a 34% reduction in annualized headcount cost, and a 67% increase in the average span of control. Cost transformation and working capital improvements removed $128 million in-year operating expense (annualized run rate of $205 million) and delivered £110 million in working capital improvements through sale, leaseback, and non-essential asset disposal.
Integration: Delivered the M&A integration for a UK FT100 business and enabled the renegotiation of an inflight Transitional Services Agreement, securing an additional £18m of funding. Enabled both post-merger integration and separation activities through Integration Management Office structures which enabled the development of Transitional Service Agreements, Developed Day 1 Plan and 100-day Plan to enable Post Merger Integration.
Technology: Delivered complete Digital Transformation Blueprint for an FT100 company, enabling both cloud-first and fit to standard principles to be applied, enabling a low cost, scalable and resilient transition path from a legacy position. Successfully delivered multiple complete life cycle ERP enabled change programmes with values ranging from $10m to $250m spanning over 100 Locations across 32 countries programmes across significant platforms including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Salesforce.
