I am a senior Technology and IT leader with experience within the  Advertising, Media & Marketing, Telecommunications, Aviation and Television industries.  My work experience has exposed me to all aspects of IT leadership, infrastructure, investment, project management & delivery, program management, software engineering and data & analytics.

I have created and managed software development teams and PMO teams, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I have successfully delivered numerous technology projects and programmes at both a UK and global level, as well as being a Board Level member responsible for technology.

In 2018 I started my own consultancy, Shires Business Solutions Limited, so that i could focus on Interim assignments.
