Liaised with key stakeholders/identified options & alternatives; collated/analysed existing bonus frameworks; costed new bonus options; researched bonus framework type & design used by other e-Commerce organisations; and tested bonus options with stakeholders. Succeeded in winning agreement to bonus framework design that was subsequently successfully implemented & operated.
