I am a Senior Reward Leader and Employee Total Reward Specialist, leading the design and delivery of reward transformations for major corporates and not-for profits to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
I have undertaken several Interim Reward Leadership and Total Reward consultancy roles working with leading companies such as Siemens, M&G Prudential and Oxford University Press. My earlier permanent career includes roles with Dell and Thames Water.
I can leverage this extensive cross-sector experience to effectively design and implement transformational employee total reward systems while communicating new and existing reward systems across the entire organisation to optimise appreciation of the employer value proposition. This includes designing and securing agreement to a new standardised bonus framework at Kindred Group that has subsequently been successfully implemented and operated.
