Management of leadership team transition and proposed business relocation
GM interim management role to lead the business whilst managing the transition from incumbent to a new management team.
Brief change to lead and facilitate site relocation and closure, consequently assignment extended from 6 – 12 month
Lead day to day management of site team focusing on delivering KPI’s and EBITDA
Simultaneously work with divisional management team on;
Business relocation, incorporating;
•Future state business structure and reorganisation
•Plant and equipment
•New capital expenditure planning
•Human Resource implications and Management
•Customer Communications
•Devised and delivered a clearly defined and accountable plan for all aspects of the project with owners
•Secured agreement with all project stakeholders
•Full and comprehensive debrief and handover at the end of the assignment facilitating a structured framework for the incoming team to successfully deliver the relocation project
