I am a registered Change Management Practitioner and HR Professional (FCIPD) with significant experience in a number of sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Defence, Engineering, FMCG, Manufacturing, outsourced HR services, not for profit (FE and HE), the public sector, and multinational financial services. With a track record of delivering initiatives that impact business performance, in roles involving partnership with other business leaders, previous senior level management experience includes defining and delivering Change / HR strategy, scoping and managing change and transition aligned to organisation design and development. I build strong stakeholder relationships in order to influence and guide in the direction of the business / project strategy. I have led, coached and developed HR and Change teams with SAP, talent management and performance review systems, HR metrics, reward and benefits frameworks, recruiting, and managing complex employee relations’ situations. I began my career in manufacturing (food). I thus have experience of introducing CoshH, the Food Safety Act and of workforce planning and volume recruitment.
