12:30 - 13:15
The last of a series of 6 webinars derived from the 2021 IIM Survey, to cover topics from Key themes and trends to Interim Management over the next 12-24 months and the Market for 4 areas of specialism…
…digital understanding, expertise and application is one of the more ‘in demand’ areas over the last year, precipitated by lockdown and social distancing! We think this trend is set to continue for some time to come as organisations increasingly put digital at the centre of their strategic thinking, so we are delighted to have the benefit of 3 leading consultants in the interim digital space. This webinar is likely to be od real interest to a much wider group than digital practitioners as the impact of the work being done is likely to pervade through the whole of organisational strategy and implementation.
As with the whole webinar series, our MC will be Bruce Rayner, IIM board director and long standing transformational interim.
The Consultants are:
Ben Cowan from Eton Bridge Partners
Richard Lindsay from Intterim Partners at NSCG
David Kemble from Practicus
As a Client Engagement Partner at Practicus, Dave now works closely with companies across all sectors to understand both their goals and their challenges. By giving access to his network and the Practicus Community, Dave identifies experts in their chosen field, to provide practical advice to his clients based on their own extensive experience. During the Covid crisis, it became apparent that Digital Transformation was a key area for most companies and so Dave has been running a Digital Podcast series, speaking with professionals from a range of sectors to get their thoughts on the “dos and do nots” of Digital Transformation. Alongside his Digital Work, Dave also has over 7 years’ experience working within the Life Sciences space, helping established organisations to grow and change, as well as supporting biotech and start-ups to shape their strategy and build their teams.
