The IIM is delighted to run its latest event in conjunction with Morphosis Partners as speakers for the evening, with one of our latest affiliates, Robert Walters acting as our hosts at their London offices.
The topic is one of interest to every interim – Keeping Downtime Between Assignments to a Minimum.
The talk will be led by Morphosis Co-Founders Jo Rawcliffe, who held a successful international career covering public, private and charitable sectors ahead of spending the last 12 years as a discrete career strategy advisor to executives and Simon Hudson, whose principal background covers recruitment and search across multiple sectors and geographies. For the last 10 years Simon has been both a head hunter and career strategist.
The evening will take the form of presentation and discussion across a range of aspects relevant to obtaining the next piece of work. The presenters wish to encourage a thoroughly interactive session so that the maximum amount of information can be extracted for all attendees.
This event presents a potential opportunity to interims to consider a third route to market which can be used in conjunction with the current well-trodden methods of working with the best providers and using your own personal network. By the end of the evening they will have shared:
- How to reduce Down Time
- How to sustain and enhance your Day Rate Value & knowledge IP worth.
- How to generate your own Leads
As always there will be plenty of opportunity for networking afterwards and follow-up with both Morphosis and our hosts, Robert Walters, plus any questions for the Institute. Food and drink will be provided
