The IIM is pleased to announce that Tony Barker has joined the IIM Board, from March 8th 2021.
With a marketing background, Tony has spent the last 20 years in digital marketing and e-commerce, with the last 12 years as a digital interim helping B2C & B2B brands accelerate their digital and e-commerce maturity and performance. Originally from a retail financial services background he now delivers digital transformation, digital marketing optimisation and e-commerce channel development across hospitality, travel, fmcg, retail, financial services, utilities, education & public sector clients (PE, VC & PLC owned). Typically this is through:
– Delivering digital products and customer / user experiences using Agile methodologies
– Improving customer acquisition and retention for brands using digital channels
– Building and leading in-house digital and e-commerce teams
– Procuring and managing digital media, marketing, design and UX agencies
