Latest Companion of The Institute of Interim Management
As so many people in the interim profession are aware, Ad has been for many years a devoted member, director and past chairman of the IIM.
His latest contribution to the work of the Institute has been his continued input on the annual ‘provider survey’ – now 10 years old. Ad has seen it grow from the initial kernel of an idea he offered to the board to its current standing as the point of independent reference each year as to how individual interim professionals see the contributions being made by the provider community.
It is with great regret therefore, that the IIM board was saddened to hear that Ad has chosen to step down as a director due to personal circumstances. We will sorely miss his constructive and balanced input at our meetings.
The board wishes to record its gratitude and appreciation of the work that Ad has undertaken on behalf of the institute and all its members. He has served the IIM so well over the years, given an excellent performance and shown real commitment and loyalty to the organisation and the profession at large. He has assured us that he wishes to remain involved with the work of the Institute – good news for us all – and the board certainly aims to keep him gainfully occupied as far as possible!
It is in the board’s gift to reward contributions such as this and Ad has been duly elected a Companion of the Institute, with immediate effect. This is only the 10th such election by the IIM and we wish Ad every success in all that he does and we are delighted that he will continue to support the IIM actively.
