We have been working together for several weeks to transition duties so that the responsibilities held by Hilary have transferred to the hands of myself and others. We are also embarking on a programme to create a range of Executive Committees around the Board to give additional stakeholder involvement to our members and a few other beneficial parties.
“The IIM is going from strength to strength, I’m delighted to see an enthusiastic and energetic Executive Team supporting the Board. Our Membership management team is strong too. Working with all the Board members has been great and it’s a huge wrench to leave what has been such a big part of my life over the last few years but I have more adventures ahead and need to focus on my new business. There’s a special thank you to Ad because we worked so well together. I am looking forward to keeping up with everyone through LinkedIn as well as building new relationships. I wish the IIM and all members, affiliates and colleagues, in the UK and abroad, a great future – which I’m sure it will have.”
To close I would like to wish Hilary all the very best. My time as co-Chairman with her has been a special experience for me. As we look forward to 2014 the Institute will continue to stand up for professional interim managers and executives with a range of professional facilities and events as well as supporting the wider professional interim community.
