The IIM Birimingham interim management local node event is kindly supported by BIE and combines networking with some learning and topical discussion.
Format:
- 6.30 pm – Networking
- 7.00 pm – Steve Dengel (BIE) and Charles Stuart (IIM) talk about the market.
- 7.20 pm – Q&A/Question Time discussion from the room about the themes discussed.
- 7.40 pm – Refreshments
- 8.00 pm – Further networking

It’s tough out there. the discussion topic is about getting and nailing assignments in the current market.
BIE Interim Executive is a leading service provider, gaining a ‘top 5′ place in the IIM’s interim management survey, 2 years running. They will talk from their stance of expertise with a strong base in the West Midlands.
The Institute of Interim Management (IIM) has been promoting, supporting, and equipping professional interim managers and executives since 2001. At this event, IIM Regional Director Charles Stuart will exclusively reveal some pre-publication snippets about the market from the IIM’s November ‘Pulse-Survey’ of interim managers.
Arrangements
A small charge of £10+VAT (£5+VAT for IIM members) will be made as a contribution to this event that is otherwise kindly supported by BIE.
The event is hosted at BIE’s offices in Birmingham.
