This is a unique, challenging and informative half-day seminar for Providers and other professionals who would like to gain an insight into the world of the interim manager.
The seminar uses a range of tools and models which will be new to many. 
The challenge in this engaging session is that delegates will adopt an Interim identity for the duration of the seminar. Their contribution and asssessments will be done from this adopted personna which is clearly profiled. The exercises will support providers in their filtering process when assessing individual prospective interims. It will also clarify the IIM’s approach to membership criteria and standards.
The session runs in the same way as the “Exploring Interim Management” full-day seminar for prospective, new and recent Interims but for only half the content. This gives providers an excellent flavour of the course we recommend for all new interims.
Ideal for providers who have made the move from permanent recruitment into Interim Management, it provides an up to the minute outline of the Interim market context and then moves to the experience of life as an Interim. The last session evaluates the skills, competences and entry level of individuals.
