Working with the IIM
Leading Service Providers have contributed significantly to successful events run by the IIM, either by giving their time to talk to members on topical issues, or in some cases by sponsoring events.  Networking events, specialist topical talks and focus groups are areas where providers can co-host or sponsor events with us. Working with IIM Members
To ensure high quality candidates are presented to customers, IIM members not only have a strong track record of achievement but will have fulfilled a set of criteria concerned with:

  • Protecting the interests of their customers - PII, keeping up-to-date on legislation and relevant practices for their sector.

All providers can encourage prospective, new and recent interim managers to attend our one-day seminar: Exploring Interim Management.  This unique day  takes delegates through 6 logical steps, packed with key information and presented in a lively and interactive format.  At the end of the day delegates will evaluate their own fit with each step and be able to make an informed choice  about their future. They will also have a wealth of knowledge and support from the IIM if they choose to pursue Interim Management as a career.

The benefits to providers of this referral are that the seminar will discourage many delegates who are not ready for the lifestyle of an Interim.  It will also give sound advice on practical issues such as  defining their USP, presenting good CVs, working with Providers and meeting customers.  All of theses points will enhance the quality of candidates you present to customers.
