Interim Managers come from many disciplines and the IIM is pleased to work with a wide range of  professional bodies.

The IIM exists to accredit, support and promote Interim Managers in their chosen path as Interims.  Whilst we provide a wide range of CPD activities, we do not offer the specialised support and training which your organisation provides for your members’ core profession.  Our activities are in providing resources connected with setting up, running and promoting the business of being an Interim Manager and in encouraging development of supporting skills and competences such as the softer skills, managing assignments, negotiation with and on behalf of customers and keeping up with innovation such as technical, legal and fiscal matters.
