Experienced business coach joins the recently renewed board of the Institute of Interim Management

Specialising in helping SMEs achieve their objectives, Nick works closely with the owners, board and senior managers. He has been Interim CEO
for several companies after selling his own business, achieving some remarkable successes such as increasing net profit by over 2.5 times to £1m in less than two years.
Nick is part-owner of Shirlaws, the international business coaching company, and uses the skills and experience of 30 years’ commercial experience to support clients in business to achieve great things.
Nick holds an MBA (Cum Laude) from Imperial College, London, is a Member of the Institute of Directors and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He lives in London and enjoys taking motorbike holidays with his long-term partner, journalist Monica Porter.
