Andrew Munro appointed as director of the Institute of Interim Management

 The Institute of Interim Management, the UK’s pre-eminent professional body for practitioners of Interim Management, has further expanded and strengthened its board with the appointment of Andrew Munro as a director. 

A Chartered Management Accountant by profession, with a background in the technology sector, Andrew specialises in ideas, words and numbers.  Through his company, Burning Pine, he supports organisations in developing their strategy, business plans and messaging. 

Having a particular interest in the evolving world of work, Andrew is delighted to be working with the Institute.  He says, “Supporting and representing those who provide business expertise on demand is a critical step towards enabling the flexible economy.  I’m very excited
to be working with Hilary, Ad and the rest of the IIM board in delivering this.”

Andrew holds an MBA with Distinction from Edinburgh Business School.  He is also a trustee of the Ménière’s Society (the UK’s leading charity devoted to balance disorders) and a member of both the Institute of Consulting and the Institute of Directors.
