We’re delighted that Nick Winton has stepped up to join the IIM Board.   We believe that Nick will bring additional clarity and direction to our focus over the next period of development. 

Nick specialises in helping SMEs achieve their objectives through working closely with the owners, Board and senior managers.

He has been Interim CEO for several companies after selling his own business, achieving some remarkable successes such as increasing net profit over 2.5 times to £1m in under 2 years.

Now supporting business people as part-time Chairman or as business coach, he part owner of Shirlaws, the world renouned business coaching company.

His technical and practical skills of more than 30 years of commercial experience support clients in business to achieve great things.

Nick holds an MBA (Cum Laude) from Imperial College, London, is a Member of the Institute of Directors and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He lives in London and enjoys taking motorbike holidays with his long-term partner, journalist Monica Porter.
