Diane Ashton-Jeanes Wins the IIM flagship award27 November 2009 Diane convinced the judges and engaged the audience with a clear presentation of her case study of an assigment with a major bank.Diane exemplified the ethos of the Interim Manager and demonstrated a focus on the outcomes, strong people skills in delivery and the crucial exit strategy -leaving a sustainable result in place. David Mitchell was awarded second place for an animated delivery of his exploits in Australia. Peter Alderslade found the edge which earned him third place, by bringing his customer to co-present. Andy Rothery and Paul Liversidge were commended by the judges for excellent presentations. The evening went exceptionally well, with Mike Rowbottom hosting in his own unique style - he has already threatened to return next year! The judges: Tom Brass, Jo Davies, Jason Luckhurst and Fash Darabi (standing in for Chris Dines who was ill) provided lively and insightful comments in true "Strictly" fashion!
