London networking evening success

On Tuesday 22nd September, the IIM and Heidrick and Struggles joined forces to present an evening for HR professionals.

The evening was very well attended and discussion was lively and diverse.  Nigel Young presented his views on the current market and where HR interims can add value to organisations.  Judith Moeckell, took the discussion further, into personal hints and tips for gaining an edge in the current climate.  There was a great deal of debate surrounding skill diversity, day rates and the interaction between HR professional and operational or commercial departments.     The Heidrick and Struggles team hosted the event at their Burlington Gardens office.  We're all looking forward to more of these evenings.
