IMC, based in Taiwan has joined the IIM, to help develop the Interim value proposition in the far East.  William Liu who leads IMC is keen for a standardised code of practice to be established.  

We delighted to be working with William, this extends our own activities a while ago when we hosted a workshop for a Chinese delegation who wanted to learn more about the advantages of Interim Management. With a growing number of Interim Managers working outside their own country, the IIM feels that it is important that support and local knowledge is available.
