IIM launches Interim Management Survey 2012

The IIM is delighted to open its 2012 Interim Survey.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/iim2012

This year more than ever – with the threats to interim management contained in government proposals – we need a strong response to the questions we are posing.

So, even if you don’t normally complete surveys, I would ask that you complete this one.

The survey includes questions about:

  • Government proposals on the taxation of senior interims in the private and public sector.
  • Interim assignment status, length and fees.
  • And the ever-popular annual Interim Service Providers ‘chart’.

To warn you up front, this is not a 3 minute ‘promotional’ survey (though it is slightly shorter than last year’s) – nearer 20 mins I reckon – but the information you provide gives a valuable insight into the interim management profession.

If you would like to read the two documents relating to the Danny Alexander Review and the HMRC Controlling Persons consultation (and I recommend you do), then they are here:

As you would expect, the IIM – in conjunction with our friends at the IMA, PCG and leading Providers – is actively engaged in the consultation process and the insight you provide will be especially valuable in this process.

We need to drive a far better understanding in government of the nature of professional interim management and of the value it delivers to the flexible economy.

Over to you.

We’ll close the survey in about 6 weeks, but the quicker we get data the more quickly we have information available for the consultation.

Many thanks, in anticipation, for completing the survey.
