Bubble Map Model
This is a very flexible and useful tool. It can be used as a scoping tool for projects and campaigns as well as a mapped agenda for training. It has a structure around the perimeter, and enables free or connected thought processes to develop. It highlights challenges early on in the process - enabling them to be managed out as risks. Take a few minutes to look at the model and try working an example - then look at the example enclosed for a simple project
