Events & Networking Programme.As part of its ongoing mission in providing information and training, the IIM runs a regular programme of regional networking events and seminars addressing topical business issues of interest for Interim managers and industry at large. Many of our events are also open to non-members and organisations. 
The IIM on LinkedInThe IIM hosts LinkedIn's most active Interim Management discussion group which is open to all members of the 'Interim Management community', including Interim Managers, prospective Interim Managers, Clients of Interim Managers, Interim Recruiters/Service Providers and Consultants.By operating on this open stage, the IIM brings its expertise to the wider Interim Management marketplace and allows a forum for IIM Members and prospective members to share and highlight their expertise.The group also features a 'Members only' subgroup, exclusive to Members and Associate Members of the IIM.

IIM EventsNetworking websites abound but only the IIM can offer members unique access to clients through events. If you have an idea for an event or a particular request to meet with potential clients, please contact us and let us know. Two things need to happen, we want your suggestions and we want you to respond positively to the events. The clients will only return if they see a lively response. The Institute undertakes many events throughout the year. Institute members are afforded priority booking of all events, as well as preferential rates. A ‘post-match’ summary will appear on the Private Members’ Area. Our key objective is to offer members the opportunity to meet and network with fellow professionals and have the opportunity of accessing and exchanging market and professional intelligence. IIM events and workshops cover a wide range of topics, from the macro business environment through to the development of an individual Interim practice. All our events (non-social) have a CPD theme and are developed specifically in response to members’ needs. Please e-mail your suggestions to events@ioim.org.uk quoting 'Event Idea' as subject matter.
Sponsorship We also welcome expressions of interest from organisations wishing to host or sponsor Institute events and offer speaking engagements on relevant hot commercial and industry topics. Sponsorship can be either in-kind or wholly-managed by the IIM.
