'Fee Negotiation for Interim Managers' [Cancelled]

Date: 22 February 2007
Speakers: John Niland
Location: Room 315, King William Court, University of Greenwich, Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich
Hosts: Institute of Interim Management
Further Details:

The discussion about the “daily rate” is probably one of the most crucial conversations that an Interim manager has at the start of any assignment. Delegates who heard John Niland in Milton Keynes last October explore a strategy for dealing with the risks that typically weaken an Interim manager’s hand in fee negotiations, rated it as amongst the most valuable IIM events that they have attended.

We therefore take great pleasure in announcing that the Institute has been able to arrange for John to give his talk again on the evening of Thursday 22 January 2007 at University of Greenwich, Old Royal Naval College, Park Row, Greenwich, London SE10 9LS. The evening starts at 6.00 for 6.30, and John’s formal presentation will be followed by informal networking over drinks and canapés.

The Maritime Greenwich Campus is on a World Heritage Site on the banks of the Thames. The university’s largest campus is centered on three baroque buildings designed by Sir Christopher Wren at the end of the 17th century. “More breathtaking than the Versailles of Louis XIV” is how The Independent newspaper described it.

Further details can be found by clicking on the flyer below. Given the interest already expressed, we anticipate a high demand for this event and would recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
