'Fee Negotiation for Interim Managers' [Cancelled]

The discussion about the “daily rate” is probably one of the most crucial conversations that an Interim manager has at the start of any assignment. Delegates who heard John Niland in Milton Keynes last October explore a strategy for dealing with the risks that typically weaken an Interim manager’s hand in fee negotiations, rated it as amongst the most valuable IIM events that they have attended.

The evening starts at 6.00 for 6.30, and John’s formal presentation will be followed by informal networking over drinks and canapés.

The Maritime Greenwich Campus is on a World Heritage Site on the banks of the Thames.
