Will my organisation lose members to the IIM?
Absolutely not.
The IIM respects the fact that Professional bodies exist to develop, support and promote the core skills and qualifications of Interim Managers.
Our Professional Plus membership depends on the member belonging to both organisations in order to benefit from the special membership rate.
We fully expect IIM members to maintain their CPD and accreditation in their core expertise as well as developing supporting skills, qualifications and competences to enhance their value proposition and outcome delivery for their customers.
As being an Interim does require many skills which permanent roles might not, we have developed an extensive knowledge and CPD centre to support these additional skills.
We would like to make sure that your organisation is directly linked from our knowledge and CPD centre so that the very special knowledge which you have available to your members can easily be accessed – and so that other IIM members can learn from your specialist papers.
