Your assessment cannot be completed without these documents. We do understand that for PI you may be waiting for your membership to be approved so that you may take advantage of the discounts available. If this is the case, please let us know. Your invoice will be generated upon completion of your payment on-line. For other forms of payment, an invoice will be sent to your email address. If you require a Pro-Forma Invoice, please contact member services.
